Accelerated development with Shareable UI Components
In response to the growing need for consistent enterprise design systems, we introduced Shareable UI Components. Developers can now build and maintain their own component libraries inside Appfarm Create, and they’ve done just that, building over 1600 components in the first three months after release.
By making UI components once and sharing them across views and apps in a solution, development teams have significantly reduced UI development time and improved consistency.

More flexible data modeling with multi-reference properties
To address the growing complexity of data models in Appfarm, we expanded data modeling possibilities by introducing multi-reference properties enabling more sophisticated object relationships. This new capability provides developers greater flexibility in how they structure data.
Enhanced security with Conditional Permissions
Enterprise security demands continue to evolve and in 2024 we were proud to announce our ISO 27001 certification. We also released Conditional Permissions, which provides granular control over role-based data access across solutions, with database-level checks ensuring users can only access authorized data through any channel - apps, services, or APIs. By implementing conditional permission rules many of our customers have significantly reduced the risk of accidental data exposure while simplifying access management.
Seamless integration with data warehouses
Our new Data Extract API bridges the gap between no-code development and enterprise data infrastructure. With native support for major platforms like Snowflake, Google BigQuery, and Amazon Redshift, organizations can now efficiently move millions of records while maintaining data governance.
A customer from the financial services industry has integrated Appfarm with Databricks to store and analyze selected solution data.
Real-time insights with time series data
In an era where IoT and real-time analytics are reshaping industries, we introduced native support for time series data. This enterprise-grade feature includes dedicated APIs and specialized interfaces for handling time-based data at scale.

Enhanced file management with archives
We provided new tools for file management with a specialized action node for generating file archives. Combine PDFs, images, CSV files, or any combination of files into a zip archive, with full control over file names and folder structure.
Our customers in building and construction are creating file archives to simplify the packaging of project documentation and make it easily distributable to stakeholders.
Simplified reporting with data aggregation
Aggregate data dramatically simplifies complex calculations and data analysis on high volumes of objects. This new action node brings optimized performance through the use of data connectors and flexible grouping and filtering options. It’s a great foundation for building dashboards and generating insightful reports.
One of our partners who works with high volume retail data is exploring how this new data aggregation capability can drastically simplify complex reporting logic.
We made getting started even faster with Solution Starters
We launched an initial batch of five ready-made, customizable templates to accelerate early-stage development and shorten the time to deployment. These pre-built solutions enable our customers to move quickly from concept to production while maintaining the flexibility to adapt to their specific needs.
Several customers have already launched solutions into Production based on our comprehensive resource planning solution starter.
