Life at Appfarm

Culture

Providing a healthy and happy work environment where everyone is respected, welcomed and included is paramount here. We encourage knowledge sharing between departments, and have monthly events where we get the possibility to learn from and praise each others work. Whether it's collaborating on a project, having lunch and chatting, or having fun at a social event, the culture here is having each others' back.

Social events

Our social committee do a brilliant job to ensure we enjoy a great work-life balance. The four major annual events are our summer party, Christmas party, cabin trip and trip abroad. This year's cabin trip went to Hafjell, combining workshops about growth and tech with skiing, jacuzzis, karaoke and good food. Our trip abroad was an unforgettable Italian experience, where we explored vineyards, boat tours, and dabbled in some delicious Italian cuisine. We also do smaller, more regular events, like board game nights, padel tournaments, wine lotteries and quizzes.

Flexibility

Our employees know best when and in what surroundings they are most productive. There's a lot of trust there to get work done without micro managing a work schedule. Are you an early bird who loves to be at the office at 8 am every morning? Great! Do you perform your best focus work at home? Also great! However, with the best employee lunch in town, it's very difficult to stay away from the office. Our core work hours are 9 am to 3 pm, and we generally avoid scheduling meetings outside these hours.
